The following chart gives account of my performance along my pedagogical experience as a training teacher in online environments with date entries, link of the recorded videos in YouTube through Google Hangouts, and my reflections in regards of my strengths, weaknesses, aspects to improve, feelings, observations, comments, etc.

I had to ask many times in order to the students participate, they were very shy and sometimes didn’t answer the questions that I did, also I was sick maybe they couldn’t hear my voice well, the connection was not the best, that’s why the video is a little bit short, furthermore, we were learning how to manage the new program, google hangout.

Here also I was sick, and the connection was not the best, most of the students couldn’t enter because it was our first time using the program but the student that could enter was active with an excellent attitude.

The students were more participative, they could enter to the encounter this time, but two of them are more participative. In this encounter they create a WhatsApp group and I told them that bring a reflexive phrase.

They felt happy with this encounter because they practiced reading and comprehension, the class was more dynamic because we practiced about phonics it was very funny, this group always increase the participation and they improve their speaking increasingly.

They express that they were comfortable in the class because each one could participate more for the reason that were only two participants but it is necessary to have more interaction with the classmates.

Here the students learnt how to talk about hobbies not only saying  I like or I don’t like but learning more vocabulary and other ways to say it, also with connectors, after that they had to talk at least 2 minutes about their personal information adding the hobbies, daily routines and sentences in simple present. There was a problem with the video and I showed them a video and the owner of the video reported me in YouTube, maybe they can block me.

The students had to read the slides, watch a video, and say some twister in order to learn about fluency, they felt really happy, I could realize that they like the funny things, and I have to search some games or something like that.

In this encounter I only had one student, the class went well, maybe is difficult when is only one student to maintain active the class, but I think it was a good encounter I could cover all the topic and the student was motivated.

The group B is always motivated, they participated a lot in this encounter, furthermore tried to describe a picture with all the resources it had. David Camacho, attend this encounter it was his first time in the class but he is good in English. He couldn’t attend the other classes because his work but he want to attend the encounters.

In this second group some students didn’t bring their tasks, but Julia, she is always ready, she always want to participate, all the group is motivated always but their work hard in their jobs.

They liked a lot the activities, the group interact with each other, they expressed how they are with positive adjectives, and also they did the activity with their cities, inviting the classmates to their cities. At the end I made a dictation in order to practice listening and writing.

Here we play a game about irregular verbs in order to learn them, also we learn about irregular verbs and simple past, all the activities went well, it is an excellent group, very responsible people.

Here were only two people but Julia in this group is very responsible and attentive, she want always to participate, David was the first to attend this class and he do all the activities, he has an advance level but I helped to solve some doubts.

This class was a little bit difficult because I had to change the day and only attend the class 3 people but they was not motivated, they didn’t want to participate with effort, but I can develop the class.

The students were motivated, but some of them had problem with their microphones and only could participate well two students, and it is difficult to maintain a class.
