My principles about teaching speaking online

1. Punctuality, responsibility and motivation at the time to attend the encounters.
2. Students are free to choose their way to learn, and suggest how can be the classes.
3. Students has to talk most of the time.
4. Prepare several and dynamic activities in order to draw their attention.
5. Give feedback.
6. Help students in and out of the encounters. 
7. Teach and share values and experiences.
8. know my students.
9. Encourage students to participate.
10. Be kind all the time and attentive to the students questions.
